Do you pull permits for electrical and construction?
Yes. As a Licensed Electrical Contractor (ECRA/ESA #7015677), we file all required notifications with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). We also handle municipal building permits for structural changes, additions, and basements across Kawartha Lakes.
What does being "Baeumler Approved" mean?
It means we have been strictly vetted by a third party. To maintain this status, we must provide ongoing proof of comprehensive commercial liability insurance, active WSIB coverage, valid trade certifications, and a history of quality client work.
Can you handle both the electrical and the renovation?
Absolutely. We act as your single point of contact. Rather than hiring an electrician and a separate general contractor for a kitchen, bathroom, or basement, our team coordinates the entire scope from rough-ins to custom finishing.
When is an electrical panel upgrade necessary?
An upgrade from 60 or 100 Amp to 200 Amp is usually required if you are installing an EV charger, hot tub, heat pump, or induction range. It is also frequently mandated by home insurance providers when replacing obsolete fuse boxes.
